The team of very young players have managed to book themselves a place in the Butterfly National School Team Championship finals and have established themselves as a worthy team.
Having reached the final of the Butterfly National School Team Championship they will now play some of the best schools in the country in one of the most prestigious competitions they could possibly be in.
Head of PE, Amanda Black, said: “The boys have achieved a huge amount in a short period of time thanks to their personal dedication to the sport.
“They have been in school training at 7am with their coach Hong Peebles and have come on leaps and bounds in a very short time.”
Tom Jarvis a member of the team has stood out from the rest and has been awarded with a new scholarship instigated by the David Ross Education Trust who support talented athletes and tom will be heading of abroad to train with the England Team.
Amanda added: “His enthusiasm for the sport has cajoled the interest of Del, Jack, Nathan and Declan, who themselves are becoming high profile players within the sport,”
